Adult ADHD and Autism Assessments
Laura provides ADHD and Autism Assessments for adults seeking greater understanding of their neurodivergence, lived experiences, and ways of engaging with the world. These assessments are offered within a neuroaffirming framework, recognising neurodiversity as a natural variation in human experience.
Assessments are collaborative and individualised, and include a comprehensive clinical interview, validated assessment tools, and consideration of relevant developmental or historical information. The process aims to support clarity, self-understanding, and practical next steps that align with your values, strengths, and support needs.
Autism and ADHD often go hand in hand, with 30% of Autistic individuals also experiencing ADHD. Autism and ADHD share similarities such as differences in executive function, sensory experiences, and organisation. Looking at these overlaps during an assessment helps us better understand how someone experiences the world, what they’re good at, and what kinds of support may be most helpful.
Adult ADHD and Autism assessments are available in person in Wandin (Yarra Valley) and via telehealth, depending on suitability.

Psychologists cannot prescribe medication. Medication can be discussed with a psychiatrist.
Estimation of Fees
Autism Assessment
With comprehensive report — $1400 - $1600
A full autism assessment for adults, including a clinical interview, review of background information, formal assessment tools, a diagnostic letter, and a detailed written report with personalised recommendations.
With outcome letter only — $900 - $1100
Includes the autism assessment and a clear outcome letter with recommendations. A full report can be added later if needed (additional fee applies).
Autism & ADHD Combined Assessment
With comprehensive report — $1800 - $2000
A combined Autism and ADHD assessment for adults, including interviews, formal assessment tools, a diagnostic letter, and a comprehensive written report.
With outcome letter only — $1200 - 1400
Includes assessment for both Autism and ADHD and an outcome letter with recommendations. A full report can be added later if desired. Results and reccomendations are also discussed in the hour-long feedback session (see below).
ADHD Assessment
With comprehensive report — $900 - $1100
Includes a clinical interview, review of background information, formal assessment tools, a diagnostic letter, and a full written report.
With outcome letter only — $600 - $750
Includes the above described ADHD assessment and an outcome letter with recommendations. A full report can be added later if needed.
Feedback Session
$220 full fee | $121.05 out-of-pocket with rebate (if applicable)
All above options are followed by an hour long supportive session to talk through your results, answer questions, and discuss recommendations and next steps.
